SALES EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
Location: Jakarta
Key duties and responsibilities
- Demonstrate a safety-first attitude
- Ability to understand complex technical products such as Pumps, Lighting Towers, Lifting Equipment and Gensets, and to deliver clear, persuasive technical presentations that address client needs.
- Actively search for new clients and customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met by providing suitable products or services
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing how our products will fulfil client requirements
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients
- Interpreting and managing customer needs and requirements
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and close the best sales agreements
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical expertsto solve client problems
Your Skills and expertise
- D3 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor's) degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (Required).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Engineering, Technical, or similar roles, preferably within the industrial or equipment industry.
- Experience in selling construction equipment, particularly lifting equipment and gensets, is highly preferred. A strong understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of power generation equipment is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Open to candidates with relevant skills, experience, and professional networks, regardless of gender. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to be based in Jakarta.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
